Hi! Thanks for stopping by!
I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist and clinical trials researcher who stumbled upon the Creighton Model System (CrMS) in 2013 while searching online for answers to my own reproductive health issues and inability to conceive. What were the root causes of all of these issues I was experiencing? That one question led me through an online search where I learned of the CrMS on a discussion board.
I proceeded to locate a FertilityCare™ Practitioner who taught me and my husband the CrMS. I was later able to share that valuable information with a doctor who specializes in NaProTECHNOLOGY. In fact, I was so astounded by all that was being uncovered with my own health through Creighton and NaProTECHNOLOGY that I decided to become a Certified FertilityCare™ Practitioner myself so I could help equip other women and couples with the knowledge necessary to either avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy, or just monitor and maintain their reproductive health. In 2016 I completed a post-graduate training internship that consisted of 150 hours of theoretical education and more than 200 hours of clinical experience under the supervision of a certified educator.
Since 2016 I started noticing that more women (myself included!) are not just seeking a way to simply "avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy, or monitor and maintain their reproductive health". They are also seeking support and answers to gracefully enter into the unknown period known as perimenopause. They are searching for someone and something to help them through this uncharted territory without adding unnecessary stress and burden...goodness knows they have enough of that as it is! I get it...I've been there! Keeping track of wonky, unpredictable cycles on paper charts...having to remember multiple data points day to day...not having an efficient way to record these data points in one spot...and the list goes on.
So, in November 2022 after a lot of prayer and discernment, I decided my existing and future clients deserved a better system that would take all these factors into account. I am excited to now be able to provide them an elevated experience through Chart Neo.
My personal experience traveling these roads myself coupled with my Creighton training and background in research and nutrition all provide a unique understanding and set of skills that benefit my clients. My passion is to help women receive better reproductive health care and help them avoid spending months or years pouring unnecessary medications, money, and heartache into methods that cover up instead of treat underlying heath issues.
When I'm not managing clinical trials or working with my clients, I enjoy long walks, trying new recipes, and spending time with my husband Andy. He and I enjoy exploring new restaurants, completing home improvement projects, and traveling together.
I work with my clients through virtual visits. I would be delighted to talk with you and answer any questions you may have!
