Stephanie M. Martin, RDN, LDN, RHP Hi, I’m Stephanie — I'm glad you're here. With a Bachelor’s in Dietetics, 25 years as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, FertilityCare™ training (as a former Certified FertilityCare™ Practitioner), and certification as a Restorative Health Practitioner, I bring a blend of clinical expertise and lived experience to support midlife women through their health journeys. My 25 years as a clinical trials manager also gave me a strong foundation in research and evidence-based approaches to wellness. My work helping women began with helping myself. In 2013 I discovered the Creighton Model System while searching for answers to my own reproductive health challenges, including navigating endometriosis and undergoing six surgeries over the years. That experience reshaped my career and sparked my mission to help women understand their bodies and receive the care they deserve. Then came perimenopause. As I entered this uncharted territory myself, I saw how many women like me feel unprepared and unheard during perimenopause. To make sense of my own symptoms, I leaned on tools like Chart Neo and pursued additional training in digestive evaluation to uncover root causes that were often overlooked. These experiences now shape the way I support midlife women — helping them interpret what their bodies are telling them, identify what’s driving their symptoms, and bring structure to what can feel overwhelming and chaotic. With my background in nutrition, research, and coaching, I offer a perspective that blends science, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we’ll create plans to restore balance and vitality - tailored just for you. When I’m not working, I enjoy walking, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring new places with my husband, Andy. At home, I love spending time with my puppy, Juliet, whose curious and playful nature always keeps me on my toes. Through virtual visits, I’m able to support clients in Tennessee and, by request, in California, Colorado, North Dakota, and Virginia in accordance with licensure regulations. With care, Stephanie |

What Clients Say..."Stephanie has an encyclopedic understanding of food, nutrition, medications (often over-prescribed), and how your health is absolutely dependent on making the right choices. I didn't even know that 'whole foods' are something other than the name of a grocery store before I met her! The net effect for me is effective weight management, more energy, less colds/illness, and less stress. I wholeheartedly recommend her."
"We have loved our experience working with Stephanie! From our first appointment with her, we felt greatly encouraged and supported. One of our favorite aspects of this experience has been the relationship we've been able to develop with Stephanie. Not only does she provide excellent training, but she genuinely cares for her clients and is incredibly supportive! We're so grateful to have found her!"
"Stephanie is a wonderful instructor! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive to details, and readily available to her clients. My husband and I enjoyed learning from Stephanie and were greatly appreciative of how willing she was to answer our many questions. She was consistently understanding, patient, and professional. More than just going through the program instructions and recommendations, Stephanie became a friend and listening ear. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a practitioner who is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Thank you, Stephanie!"
