As a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience supporting women’s wellness—and 25 years as a clinical trials manager—I bring both compassion and evidence to the table. My approach blends research, real-life experience, and a deep respect for your lived story.

I understand what it means to navigate health transitions, not just professionally, but personally. I've navigated endometriosis, survived the chaos of perimenopause, and made it to the other side of menopause. That’s what led me to seek advanced training in digestive health and lifestyle strategies that help women feel better during hormonal shifts—because your digestive system is the gateway to everything from mood to metabolism… from sleep to sanity.

I didn't just learn it—I lived it. I know what it feels like when your body doesn't cooperate and food becomes one more complicated thing to figure out. And I know that what you need isn't another restrictive diet telling you to eat kale smoothies for breakfast. You need practical, nourishing meals that actually work for your life (and taste good, because life is hard enough and food should taste good).
